Hscope for Android – Hantek 6022BE

There are different software possibilities for use with the Hantek 6022BE USB oscilloscope. The previous post has an overview.

One of the best looking apps, and also one of the most convenient ones becasue it runs on an Android phone or tablet which makes it very portable, is HSCOPE.

Info can be found on the official Hscope website.

A User Manual is available here, which can also be reached from inside the Hscope app.

The video shows most of the possibilities of Hscope.

  1. Hello Rudy, Wonderful video, perhaps you can help me with a problem. I see you are using bluestacks as the emulator and I have installed bluestacks and the hscope app successfully. However, I can’t get past the “device not connected” situation. The app does not seem to be able to see the USB ports on the host. How did you manage to get hscope to detect the device? Any help would be appreciated. You can reply here or email me on Thanks in advance, Larry.

    • Unfortunately it does not connect via Bluestacks, the USB connection is missing. I only used it in demo mode to make the videos.

      • Thank you for your quick reply Rudy. I have the free app running on a phone but the lowest sweep frequency I can get is 1 ms/div. I need a slow sweep and I see that in demo mode you can get 600ms/div. Is this a limitation of the free version and will I be4 able to get a much slower sweep if I buy the app? I am using an Instrutar ISDS205B.
        Best regards,

      • I have the full version and it’s 600ms too. The additional automobile module goes slower, may want to have a look at that video.

      • Do you have an email address for Martin Loren? I would like to take it up with him.
        All the best,

      • Thank you very much Rudy, I am going to try to get Hscope working on an Android x86 iso installation. I will let you know if I have any success. Best regards, Larry.

    • Larry, did you have any luck getting Hscope running on an android x86 iso installation. I would love to have it working on a pc for the large screen. I saw Martin also has all the keyboard shortcuts so you don’t need a touchscreen.
